Shower Gel (100ml):

• Step into the shower and wet your body.
• Squeeze a small amount of the shower gel onto a loofah, sponge, or your hands.
• Gently lather the gel and apply it to your body, massaging in circular motions.
• Rinse off thoroughly with water to remove all traces of the shower gel.
• Pat your skin dry with a towel.

Body Lotion (100ml):

• After showering or bathing, while your skin is slightly damp, take a generous amount of the body lotion on your palms.
• Rub your palms together to warm the lotion.
• Apply the lotion to your entire body using upward strokes, focusing on areas that need extra hydration.
